Galloping Into a Bottomless Hell
Galloping into a bottomless hell,
Smoke from the canons a God awful smell,
Nightmarish contumely marking my path,
Conjuring vengeance and wrath.
Galloping into the hellfire and woe,
Blazing and burning a sorrowful show,
Leaping in craven and desperate speed,
Yelling God’s name for my creed.
Jehovah where art thou, these men know no shame!
Setting the future in sulphurous flame,
Wickedness spanning the ocean and sky,
All of the crimes I decry.
World spinning sideways and down to the pit,
Landing with demons who cackle and spit,
Moonlight in flashes through clouds woven black,
Fate in malefic attack.
Summon thy Jesus in power and force,
Save us from this, a formidable course,
Show us the peace that abides in your heart,
Save us and never depart!
