6. Christ is too small for the ambit of the devil’s hate.
7. The yoked ox is startled by the light of freedom.
8. The proudest monarch of hell is false hope.
9. A bird in the hand is worthless as sleep.
10. Bonny is the maid who is without a husband.
11. Paralysis in Adam is our highest end.
12. The dead won’t rise without the yeast of Christ.

14. Farcical is the man who hopes in a destitute Christ.
15. Gluttony is the fountain of youth.
16. Vainglorious notions are the nectar of a full life.
17. The brightest approximation of paradise is found in rank defiance and lawlessness.

19. The dove flying for peace is slaughtered by gossip.
20. Bacchanalian hedonism defeats modesty in the public arena of good practice.
21. Persistence rouses the trajectory of eventual barrenness.
22. The water of snide remarks nourishes the bush of contentment.
23. Flippant dealings with upright men brings the cheer of ten Christmases.
24. Beauty is in the glazed eye of the dead animal.
25. Travelling backwards in time reveals the guilt of unfaithful believers.
26. Self agrandisement banishes doubt.
27. Eating with proper manners is pleasing for the guardians of tradition, but tomfoolery to the natural man.
28. The natural flow of time summons the couriers of defilement and disgrace.
29. Pigs flock with glee to the singers of the false gospel.
30. A thousand geese of fascination migrate to the shores of true hope, which disappears like a mirage.
