Star Gates Beyond Time and Reason

Star Gates Beyond Time and Reason

Meteor showers from alien lands,
Steering my ship — the controls in my hands,
Dodging the clusters of perilous rock,
Covered by radiant sands.

Weaving through tunnels and wormholes of black,
Dodging the Xenophon clan who attack,
Launching their rockets with devilish glee,
As I scream: “I am not looking back!”

Spiralling into the bright Milky Way,
Aroused and alarmed, in compounding dismay,
The siren resounding, the warning light red,
As boldly I scurry away…

Levity in my commander in chief!
Impossible? Nay, it’s a blessed relief!
Laughing at danger, irreverent mad,
Our escapade poignantly brief!

Setting the compass for Rygol beyond,
Through heavenly landscapes of which I’m so fond,
Gazing at exquisite starlight displays,
The comet — a magical wand!

Now shy of danger, my joy opens up,
Sipping this nectar, a heavenly cup,
Poised in forever and frozen in space,
On destiny’s banquet I sup!

Here, up ahead, bending into my view,
Galaxies speckled in violet and blue,
A symphony bright and composed with finesse,
In striking and manifold hue!

Dancing in spirals, an endless ballet,
Wending through time, having quit the affray,
Enamoured of vistas so perfectly clear,
All bolder and braver than day!

Limitless is the creator’s intent!
Boundlessly rich and so lovingly lent,
My little spaceship a treasure chest vault,
For riches so lavishly spent!

Onwards and upwards, from hence and beyond!
Plunging through gateways, I dive in the pond!
My mind so determined to meet the abyss,
And stand — bright in God’s raiment donned!

Reason abandoned, I’m merely a flame,
Burning forever my purpose and aim!
Encased in a tomb set with starfire gleams,
Infinite my picture frame…
